Community Budget Meeting November 30 2017

Cross Creek Village Homeowners met on November 30th 2017 to review and approve the 2018 budget.  Prior to the meeting homeowners received a letter of explanation on the proposed increase.  The majority of the 2018 increase is due to the large increase in water and sewer rates.  The community overwhelmingly approved with proposed 2018 with only one negative vote.  The information on the  new quarterly assessment and how to pay is under the pay your dues tab on the website.

Cross Creek Village Internal Complaint Form Revised 11-14-2017

The Board of Directors approved an internal complaint form at their November 14, 2017 Board of Directors Meeting. This form can be used in two ways. One is to file a general complaint concerning a board  or management action; Second is to notify management and the board of a violation of restrictive covenants.   The form can be sent via email to management.  You will be notified of receipt in accordance with your preferred method checked on the Internal Complaint Form.  The form is available here on line and in the community center.

Annual Meeting Results
July 10, 2017

The Cross Creek Annual Meeting was held on Thursday, June 27th at 7:00 P.M..  The members of the association voted by acclimation the following members of the community to the Board.  The new members’ terms are for two  years staggered terms .

2016 Cross Creek Village Guidelines and Procedures

The Cross Creek Village Rules Committee met many times over the spring and summer to review and update the Cross Creek Village Guidelines and Procedures.  The Cross Creek Village Board of Directors voted to approve the proposed Guidelines and Procedures at the November 2016 Board of Directors Meeting.   Please destroy any old Guidelines and Procedures you may have and replace with the updated document that was distributed prior to Christmas.  Here are the 2016 Guidelines and  Proceduresccv-guidelines-and-proced-2016

HOA Board Meetings and Work Sessions the 2nd and 3rd Tuesday of Each Month

The Board holds a monthly work session at 10:00 am the second Tuesday of each month at the Community Center unless cancelled.  The Regular monthly board meeting is the third Tuesday of the month at 10:00 am.   There is no scheduled meeting in December.
